You do not need to make an appointment to pick up your order. You can come and collect your order once you receive your confirmation email that it is ready for pickup. Please have your confirmation email ready to show us so you can collect your order.

We ship all our Monthly Project boxes in one big batch on the 27th of every month. The cut off day to have your box shipped for the upcoming month is on the 20th.

For example, if your subscription was paid for and processed on January 28th, it will be fulfilled on February 20th and will be shipped on February 27th. Your first box would be the March Box!

If you order after the 20th and wish to receive your first box sooner please contact our support team.

All of our Stash Builder Subscriptions are dispached within 1-2 business days.

All Sewers Club subscriptions auto renew and will be charged on the date of purchase based on your subscription plan. You can check your renewal date for your subscription in your Sewers Club account.

To cancel or pause your subscription log in to your Sewers Club account:

1. Go to "Manage Subscriptions" under "My Account" at the top right corner of this page

2. Select your subscription

3. Select "Skip next order", "Pause", or "Cancel" under "Next Order"

You can suspend your account at anytime and it will not affect orders that you have already paid for.

You can contact our support team if you require assistance in canceling a subscription.

Shipping times vary depending on your locataion and the time of year. Here are our typical shipping times:

Canada: 3-10 business days

United States: 3-5 business days

United Kingdom: 5-18 business days

Australia: 16-20 business days

New Zealand: 16-20 business days

Shipping rates are determined by your location and the weight of the items you are purchasing.

Monthly Project Boxes come with free shipping.

Most Sewers Club Subscriptions are eligible for tracked shipping.* Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email to notify you and a second email with tracking so that you can eagerly check every 10 mins 😬

You can also track your order by loging into your Sewers Club Account. Navigate to "My orders" under "My account". Once your order has shipped your order page should show a tracking number and link.

*Orders sent by Lettermail are not eligible for tracking

My Account

You can reset your password by doing the following:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click on "Forgot Password" under the login button.
3. Fill out your email address.
4. Check your email for a reset password email.

The reset link is only valid for about an hour.

If you would like to update your email address you can contact us here. We'd be happy to make the change for you!

You can change your address by doing the following:

1. Log into your account

2. Select "Manage Subscriptions" under "My Account".

3. Select "Edit Shipping address" under "Manage Subscription".

Enter your new address!

*New addresses need to be updated by the 20th for the upcoming month* If your box is on route to the wrong address you will need to contact the carrier.

*Updating your address will not updated orders already paid for.* Please contact our support team here to update existing orders.
